Basketball Recap: San Jacinto Christian Academy Takes a Loss

San Jacinto Christian Academy won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They took a blow against the Tulia Hornets, falling 60-26.

It was another big night for Zaiden Jalomo, who almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine assists for Tulia. Jalomo is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Julius Johnson, who posted ten points in addition to seven assists and three steals.

San Jacinto Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-10. As for Tulia, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7.

San Jacinto Christian Academy and Hart will round out the year against one another at at 2:00 p.m. on December 28th. As for Tulia, they will take on Dimmitt in a tournament on Thursday.
