Mojave has gone a perfect 8-0 against Lee Vining recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Mustangs will square off against the Tigers at 3:00 p.m.

Mojave came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They took a blow against Lone Pine, falling 72-36. The Mustangs have struggled against the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lee Vining). They skirted past Owens Valley 46-43. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Cubs: they've now won six in a row.

Lee Vining's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Mojave, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Mojave was able to grind out a solid win over Lee Vining in their previous matchup back in February of 2025, winning 46-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
