Liberty Hill's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Pierre Dylan Belinga led the charge by rushing for 132 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries, while also picking up 55 receiving yards and one score. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 77 yards. Jack Travis Pitchford was another key rusher, rushing for 119 yards and three TDs on only seven carries.

Liberty Hill didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Avery Marklin, Kaden Cockburn, and Carson Neilson picked up one apiece. Marklin also made seven total tackles, which is notable because Liberty Hill is undefeated when he posts at least three total tackles, but 1-2 otherwise. Cole was another major factor on D, making 14 total tackles (5.0 for loss).
Meanwhile, you're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Pflugerville on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew McCallum out of the water with a 56-21 final score. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won three in a row.
Liberty Hill better keep an eye on Cole Taylor. He was instrumental in Pflugerville's win, throwing for 406 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per attempt. With that strong performance, Taylor is now averaging an impressive 308.5 passing yards per game.
Pflugerville's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Liberty Hill, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
