Soccer Recap: Pendleton Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pendleton can now relate to. They came up short against the Marist Spartans on Tuesday, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Pendleton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon soccer rankings (they are ranked 120th, while Marist are ranked sixth).

This is the second loss in a row for Pendleton and nudges their season record down to 5-9-1. As for Marist, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1-1.

As of now, neither Pendleton nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
