Soccer Game Preview: Providence Country Day vs. Burrillville + How To Watch

The Providence Country Day Knights will head out to face off against the Burrillville Broncos at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Providence Country Day took a three-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Cranston East, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Knights beat the Thunderbolts by a goal, winning 3-2. The victory was some much needed relief for Providence Country Day as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Maddie Ford and Molly Perrotta scored all three of Providence Country Day's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Meanwhile, Burrillville faced Classical in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Broncos came out on top against the Purple by a score of 2-0. Burrillville haven't had any issues with Classical recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Providence Country Day's record is now 5-6. As for Burrillville, their record now sits at 9-2-1.
