Volleyball Recap: Antelope Valley Comes Up Short

Antelope Valley lost against Palmdale back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Antelopes fell 3-1 to the Falcons.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 19-25, 25-23.

Antelope Valley has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season. As for Palmdale, their victory ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-12.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Antelope Valley will face off against rival Highland at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Palmdale is set to take on their familiar foe Littlerock at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
