Basketball Recap: Posen Takes a Loss

Posen lost against Hillman back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Posen Vikings took a 64-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hillman Tigers. The Vikings were down 54-33 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

It was another big night for Brenden Rouleau, who posted 21 points and five steals for Hillman. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Crane, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 15 boards.

Posen dropped their record down to 8-14 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Hillman, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season.

Posen does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hillman, they will host Rogers City at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hillman is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.7 points per game this season.
