Preview: Pascack Hills Broncos vs. Westwood Cardinals
Pascack Hills and Westwood are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2018, but not for long. The Pascack Hills Broncos will head out on the road to challenge the Westwood Cardinals at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Pascack Hills posted their closest victory yet this season on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against River Dell and snuck past 48-45. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Pascack Hills.
Meanwhile, Westwood scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They snuck past Indian Hills with a 60-55 victory. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Pascack Hills is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season. As for Westwood, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Pascack Hills took their victory against Westwood when the teams last played back in January of 2023 by a conclusive 55-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pascack Hills since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
