Softball Recap: Hilliard Comes Up Short

Hilliard's last matchup with Yulee could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Wednesday. Hilliard came up short against Yulee, falling 10-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Red Flashes were not able to get on the board.

Hilliard is on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8. As for Yulee, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-5-1.

Looking ahead, Hilliard will square off against Providence School at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Yulee, they will take on Crystal River in a tournament on Friday.
