Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Novinger). They put the hurt on the Bevier Wildcats with a sharp 57-32 victory on Tuesday. That's two games straight that Novinger has won by exactly 25 points.

The win was the third in a row for Novinger, bringing their record for this year to 4-7. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.7 points per game. As for Bevier, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Novinger will be home for the holidays to greet Bucklin-Macon County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bevier, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Bevier Wildcats challenge the Keytesville Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
