East Forsyth is a perfect 10-0 against Glenn since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Eagles will welcome the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. The two teams were dealt some close losses in their previous games and are determined not to let this one get away.

East Forsyth is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering West Forsyth just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Titans by a score of 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Eagles have suffered since February 28th.

East Forsyth saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aaliyah Long, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one double.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Glenn's offense. They fell just short of Davie by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday.

Addyson Irving spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on two hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.

East Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Glenn, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-11.

Monday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. East Forsyth hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .343. However, it's not like Glenn struggles in that department as they've averaged .328. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

East Forsyth came out on top in a nail-biter against Glenn in their previous meeting on Monday, sneaking past 2-1. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bobcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
