Whitehall has gone 9-1 against Allentown Central Catholic recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Zephyrs will take on the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. Whitehall is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.6 runs per game this season.

Whitehall is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Emmaus just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hornets. The contest marked the Zephyrs' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Bella Muth made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Josie Shultz, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Allentown Central Catholic didn't have quite enough to beat Pocono Mountain East on Saturday and fell 10-9. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Luci Comfort and Eliza Tackas stepped up to the plate in a big way. Comfort got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base, while Tackas went 1-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Giada Montone was another key player, earning one RBI, one run, and two stolen bases.

Whitehall's record now sits at 12-4. As for Allentown Central Catholic, their record is now 6-14.

Whitehall took their win against Allentown Central Catholic when the teams last played back in April by a conclusive 12-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Zephyrs since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
