Basketball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Cary-Grove Trojans and fell 46-16. The match marked the Rockets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Cary-Grove, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-6.

Central will face off against Oswego at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cary-Grove, they will challenge McHenry at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
