Football Recap: Cherokee Christian Comes Up Short

Cherokee Christian fell victim to Pinecrest Academy and their airtight defense on Monday. They were beaten by the Paladins 32-0. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Paladins apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

Cherokee Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Pinecrest Academy, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cherokee Christian will challenge Rock Springs Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Warriors' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Pinecrest Academy, they will face off against Community Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
