Leighton Swegheimer Game Report: @ Luther

For the first time in his career, Leighton Swegheimer scored a receiving touchdown on Friday. He picked up 22 receiving yards and one TD, helping propel Bethel past Luther by a score of 50-34. Our internal rating system judged Friday's effort as the best he's ever given (but hopefully not for long).

Looking ahead, Swegheimer and Bethel will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against McLoud at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Swegheimer had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their matchup back in September of 2024 34-30.
