Ursuline entered their tilt with Heartland Christian on Tuesday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 11th.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Ursuline took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11, 25-7.

Ursuline got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jess Hass out in front who had 11 digs and four aces. Another player making a difference was Reagan Sambroak, who had 12 digs and ten assists.

Ursuline's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Heartland Christian, they dropped their record down to 11-8 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Ursuline has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against John F. Kennedy Catholic on the 2nd. As for Heartland Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Chaney on the 6th.
