Matoaca's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They never let the Thomas Dale Knights get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. Matoaca might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Thomas Dale with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Devin Cooper, Jesus Andrade, and Joseph Smith.

Matoaca has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four matchups. As for Thomas Dale, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-12.
