Flag Football Recap: Eastlake's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak at Home

It's playoff time, and Eastlake had no trouble coming through when it counted. They managed a 20-15 victory over the Central Spartans on Tuesday.

McKenna Nafarrete threw for 108 yards and three TDs while completing 80% of her passes. Rowan Eberle was her top target, picking up 38 receiving yards.

Eastlake's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-14. As for Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 14 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.

Eastlake didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 21-19 defeat against San Pasqual on the 1st. Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
