Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mena). They put the hurt on the Cossatot River Eagles with a sharp 24-6 win on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Bearcats sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Mena's record is now 4-2. As for Cossatot River, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Mena Bearcats duke it out with Clarksville Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cossatot River, they will take on Lavaca at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
