Basketball Game Preview: Schoolcraft Eagles vs. Olivet Eagles

The Schoolcraft Eagles will face off against the Olivet Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Last Saturday, Schoolcraft ended up a good deal behind Lumen Christi Catholic and lost 70-55. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 80th, while the Titans are ranked 17th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Olivet). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 63-22 win over Homer.

Schoolcraft's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Olivet, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6.
