Norwayne is a perfect 9-0 against Smithville since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Bobcats will square off against the Smithies at 7:00 p.m. Norwayne will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Norwayne gave up the first points on Friday, but they didn't give up any more after. They took down Dalton 26-7.

Meanwhile, Smithville got themselves on the board against Rittman on Friday, but Rittman never followed suit. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Indians 31-0. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Smithies just coasted through the last quarter.

Norwayne's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Smithville, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.

Norwayne was able to grind out a solid victory over Smithville in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 27-14. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
