Dell Rapids faced Chester in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Quarriers fell 2-0 to the Flyers. The Quarriers' loss signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.

Madelynn Henry paced Dell Rapids' offense, picking up 13 kills. Henry got some help from Tenley Anderson and her 18 assists. Henry also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Peyton Hohn, each putting up two.

Dell Rapids' defeat dropped their record down to 16-2. As for Chester, the win keeps them at an undefeated 17-0.
