If Piggott was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Corning on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mohawks fell 2-0 to the Bell City Cubs on Saturday. The Mohawks' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Piggott's defeat dropped their record down to 15-4. As for Bell City, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 19-4.

Coincidentally, Piggott and Bell City will both be playing Kennett the next time they take the court. The Cubs will head out to face the Indians at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Mohawks will head out to face them at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
