Volleyball Recap: Sunrise Mountain Takes a Loss

Sunrise Mountain lost against Mater Academy East Las Vegas back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Miners took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. The Miners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Sunrise Mountain's record is now 3-14. As for Mater Academy East Las Vegas, their victory bumped their record up to 10-12.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sunrise Mountain is set to take on their familiar foe Mojave at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Mater Academy East Las Vegas will challenge rival Somerset Academy Losee at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
