Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Anderson Prep Academy walked away with it. They blew past the Liberty Christian Lions 54-33 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Jets have posted since November 19, 2024.

Despite the loss, Liberty Christian saw an underclassman step up: freshman Serenity Conyers posted 23 points. Conyers' evening made it six games in a row in which she has scored at least 19 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Anderson Prep Academy and bumps their season record up to 18-9. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points over those games. As for Liberty Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Anderson Prep Academy has already played their next contest, a 48-31 win against Indiana School for the Deaf on the 8th. Liberty Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
