Highland extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Jordan Steele. The Highland Trojans came out on top against the East Chicago Central Cardinals by a score of 45-36 on Saturday thanks in part to Steele, who almost dropped a double-double on 24 points and nine boards. That makes it 24 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Highland's points.

Highland's victory bumped their record up to 14-10. As for East Chicago Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.

Coming up, Highland will challenge Culver Academies at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. East Chicago Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
