Volleyball Recap: Hyde Park Comes Up Short

Hyde Park lost against Kenwood back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Thunderbirds fell 2-0 to the Broncos. The Thunderbirds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-16.

Hyde Park's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Kenwood, their win bumped their record up to 9-10.

Hyde Park will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Hinsdale South at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th. As for Kenwood, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Providence Catholic on the 10th.
