Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Shiloh Christian walked away with it. They took down the Thompson Tommies 78-64 on Saturday. The victory was nothing new for the Skyhawks as they're now sitting on 18 straight.

Defeat or not, Thompson got some senior leadership from Karter Peterson and Gavin Krogstad. Peterson dropped a double-double with 19 points and 12 boards, while Krogstad shot 55% from beyond the arc to rack up 22 points. Peterson has been hot recently, having posted nine or more rebounds the last four times he's played. Drew Odenbach was another key player, putting up seven points and six boards.

Shiloh Christian pushed their record up to 25-3 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.2 points over those games. As for Thompson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-10.
