Cole Stafford Turns in Season-Best Effort

Cole Stafford produced his most outstanding game to date while leading LaVille to the win on Friday. Stafford rushed for 255 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 8.8 yards per carry, and also picked up 35 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

LaVille's win bumped their record up to 4-5. They and West Central are set to duel on Friday.

Another Game with at Least 102 Rushing Yards from Jake Conroy

Jake Conroy produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Knox to the win on Friday. Conroy's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards dating back to last season. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 61 yards.

Knox pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. Conroy and Knox are taking a road trip to square off against River Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Tyrus Graverson's Big Game Leads Bremen over Tippecanoe Valley

Tyrus Graverson posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He picked up 121 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Bremen is undefeated when Graverson posts two or more receiving touchdowns, but 1-4 otherwise.

For the year, Graverson has caught 6 touchdowns while averaging 104.8 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after six games last season, he had three receiving touchdowns.

Jon Neese put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 23 yards and two touchdowns.
