Football Game Preview: Boone Toreadors vs. Glenwood Rams

The Boone Toreadors will head out on the road to take on the Glenwood Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Boone has given up an average of 29.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Boone ended up a good deal behind Denison-Schleswig and lost 35-21.

Meanwhile, Glenwood gave up the first points on Friday, but they didn't give up any more after. They were the clear victors by a 41-15 margin over Jefferson. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 25 points or more this season.

Glenwood's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 32.8 points over those games. As for Boone, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
