 If The Pilgrim Academy was feeling good  off their  16-2 takedown of Cumberland Christian on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pilgrim Academy Pioneers wound up on the wrong side of a  tough 16-7 walloping at the hands of King's Christian on Tuesday. The Pilgrim Academy has struggled against King's Christian recently, as their  contest on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
  Cole Fenton made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went 3-for-4 with three  RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to  hits, as he's  now  hit three or more in the last three games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Noah Brittin, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-3.
 On King's Christian's side,  Landon Burkhardt was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in all five of his plate appearances.  Sam Yoo was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in two of his five plate appearances.
 The Pilgrim Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for King's Christian, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. The Pilgrim Academy will  square off against Atlantic Christian at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Atlantic Christian will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something The Pilgrim Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for King's Christian, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Cumberland Christian at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
