 Lawton-Bronson is still looking for their season's first win. They lost  9-2 to the Lewis Central Titans on Friday.
 For Lewis Central's part,  Cami Damgaard made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Damgaard was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Camryn King was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.  MacKenzie Nailor was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
 Lawton-Bronson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Lewis Central, their  win (their first of the  season) made their record 1-3.
 Lawton-Bronson will stay at home for another  game and welcome Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Lewis Central will take on Red Oak at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Red Oak is coming into the  contest with three straight  losses on the road,  meaning Lewis Central will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  victory.
