Volleyball Recap: Polytechnic Takes a Loss

If Polytechnic was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of EF Academy on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell just short of the South Pasadena Tigers by a score of 3-2 on Friday.

Polytechnic's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for South Pasadena, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Coming up, Polytechnic will head out on the road to square off against Notre Dame (SO) at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Pasadena, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Temple City at 6:30 p.m. The matchup will give the Tigers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
