Football Game Preview: Regents Knights vs. Grace Community Cougars

The Regents Knights will face off against the Grace Community Cougars at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Regents is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

On Friday, everything came up roses for Regents against Bishop Dunne as the team secured a 49-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won four contests by 22 points or more so far this season.

Jack Devine had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 65 yards and two TDs on only five carries, while also throwing for 150 yards and three touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes. What's more, he racked up 161.9 passer rating, the most he's had since back in November of 2024.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 33 points the game before, Grace Community was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They were outmatched by Brook Hill and fell 44-10.

Regents' victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Grace Community, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything came up roses for Regents against Grace Community when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 42-0 win. Do the Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
