Basketball Recap: Grantsburg Gets the Win

Grantsburg won the last time they faced Siren and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Grantsburg Pirates came out on top against the Siren Dragons by a score of 73-63. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pirates.

Grantsburg's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Siren, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grantsburg will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bayfield at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th. As for Siren, they will challenge Shell Lake at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Shell Lake will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Siren surely won't give up without a fight.
