Menchville has gone a perfect 8-0 against Woodside recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Monarchs are taking a road trip to take on the Wolverines at 6:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.

Last Thursday, Menchville made easy work of Hampton and carried off a 3-0 win.

Meanwhile, Woodside got the win against Hampton on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Woodside walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-11, 25-19.

Menchville's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Woodside, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Everything went Menchville's way against Woodside in their previous meeting back in September, as Menchville made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Monarchs since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
