Braxton Carpenter Game Report: @ South Spencer

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Braxton Carpenter stepped things up a notch to give Edgewood the 'W'. Carpenter was unstoppable, rushing for 126 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 68 yards.

Looking ahead, Carpenter and Edgewood will look to defend their home field on Friday against South Putnam at 7:00 p.m. The Mustangs will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 151 places lower in Indiana), but they're not letting that get them down.
