Baseball Recap: Pro Stock Royals Academy Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

It may have taken ten innings to finish the job, but Pro Stock Royals Academy ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Lake Norman Charter Knights by a score of 12-8. With that win, the Royals brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Pro Stock Royals Academy got a great performance from David Rowles as he struck out seven batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.

At the plate, Joseph Zaffarese was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Nick Santos, who got on base in four of his six plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
