Volleyball Recap: Los Banos Comes Up Short

Los Banos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Atwater Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

While Los Banos was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-22, 25-16.

Los Banos' loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Atwater, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-14.

Los Banos wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Merced on the 17th. Atwater has also already played their next contest (against Buhach Colony), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
