Defeat or not, Arthur-Okaw Christian got some senior leadership from Kedrick Chupp and Cody Kuhns. Chupp posted 18 points and four steals, while Kuhns put up 18 points and six boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kuhns has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Wade Julius, who earned 14 points and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, La Salette Academy came up short against Hoopeston on Friday and fell 53-42. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Cornjerkers: they've now lost four in a row.
