The L.W. Higgins Hurricanes are taking a road trip to take on the New Orleans Charter Science & Math Chambered Nautilus at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. L.W. Higgins is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

L.W. Higgins came up short against New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, New Orleans Charter Science & Math came up short against Carver Collegiate Academy on Wednesday and fell 3-1.

L.W. Higgins' loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for New Orleans Charter Science & Math, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

L.W. Higgins took their win against New Orleans Charter Science & Math when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hurricanes since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
