Softball Recap: Covington Buccs vs. Bradford Railroaders

While Covington's win against Bradford wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Buccs narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Railroaders 13-11. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Buccs have posted since March 27th.

Whitney Burns spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and seven unearned) runs on 13 hits and racked up six Ks.
