Volleyball Recap: Madison County Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Madison County had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bell Bulldogs on Saturday. The Cowboys haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-22, 24-26, 25-20.

Bell has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Madison County has already played their next match (against Highland Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bell, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Newberry on the 18th.
