Eastgate Life Academy found their leader in underclassman BRODY BARRET, who almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points BARRET has scored all season. GABE MOODY was another key contributor, scoring six points along with six assists and two steals.

Mountain Area Christian Academy's loss was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-20. That rough patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.5 points per game. As for Eastgate Life Academy, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Mountain Area Christian Academy came up short against Eastgate Life Academy when the teams last played back in November of 2023, falling 49-38.
