Football Recap: Baker Takes a Loss

Baker lost against Episcopal back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Buffaloes lost 30-8 to the Knights. The Buffaloes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Baker's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Episcopal, their win bumped their record up to 2-5.

Coming up, Baker will square off against Capitol at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Buffaloes will be up against the Lions' rather soft defense (which has allowed 41 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Episcopal, they will face off against Slaughter Community Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Episcopal's defense better be ready for this one: Slaughter Community Charter has averaged an impressive 41.2 points per game this season.
