Stolzman came up big in Bacon Academy's 22-15 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Saturday Riley Stolzman stepped things up a notch to give Bacon Academy the 'W'. Stolzman did her part (and then some), scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in five of her six plate appearances for the 'W'.
Stolzman and Bacon Academy are on the road again on Monday to play Killingly at 4:00 p.m. Bacon Academy has some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since April of 2017, but a win here would be a good start.
