Basketball Recap: Shoemaker Now 5-1 over Last Six Games

Shoemaker won against Temple last Friday with 46 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Shoemaker Wolves came out on top against the Copperas Cove Bulldawgs by a score of 46-37. This was a revenge game for the Wolves: when they faced off against the Bulldawgs back in December of 2024, they had to take a 60-47 defeat.

Shoemaker has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 13-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Copperas Cove, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-19 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shoemaker will challenge Midway at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Copperas Cove, they will face off against Bryan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
