Preview: Clarence Red Devils vs. Frontier Falcons
Clarence is 10-0 against Frontier since February of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Clarence Red Devils will be playing in front of their home fans against the Frontier Falcons at 7:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Clarence unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on January 10th. They fell 69-57 to Lancaster. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Meanwhile, Frontier's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 79-37 loss at the hands of Orchard Park. Frontier was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-15.
Clarence's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-2. As for Frontier, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
Clarence strolled past Frontier in their previous matchup on January 5th by a score of 49-30. Does Clarence have another victory up their sleeve, or will Frontier turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
