Niles North has gone a perfect 5-0 against Evanston recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Vikings will square off against the Wildkits at 5:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Wednesday, Niles North was able to grind out a solid win over Highland Park, taking the game 2-0. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Giants recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

While Niles North won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22.

Samuel Peng was the offensive standout of the contest as he had 23 assists and four digs.

Meanwhile, two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Evanston walked away with it. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Shamrocks on Monday, sneaking past 2-1.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Evanston who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 23-25, 25-19.

Evanston is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-18 record this season. As for Niles North, their record is now 25-7.

Niles North beat Evanston 2-0 in their previous meeting on May 3rd. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Wildkits have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
