Soccer Game Preview: St. Catherine's vs. Trinity Episcopal

The St. Catherine's Saints will head out to square off against the Trinity Episcopal Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Friday just wasn't the day for St. Catherine's offense. They lost 4-0 to Trinity Christian on Friday. That's two games in a row now that St. Catherine's have lost by exactly four goals.

Meanwhile, Trinity Episcopal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to Cape Henry Collegiate.

Trinity Episcopal's goal came courtesy of Macky Logan, which was the first she's scored this season.

This is the second loss in a row for St. Catherine's and nudges their season record down to 2-3. As for Trinity Episcopal, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3-1.

St. Catherine's beat Trinity Episcopal by a goal when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 1-0. Does St. Catherine's have another victory up their sleeve, or will Trinity Episcopal turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
